Craft Series

The Craft Series challenges the various possibilities of watchmaking craftsmanship, integrating various craft techniques into watch design to create diverse and uniquely aesthetic handmade watches. Products in the Craft Series are limited handmade editions. Welcome to our Taipei distributor for appreciation.

Design Concept

Craft: Ice-cracked silver powder polished Nashiji lacquer
1. Apply 1 layer of black lacquer (high hardness, good gloss)
2. Apply egg white before drying to create natural cracks
3. Immediately sprinkle pure silver powder onto the cracks to adhere to them
4. After drying, clean residual powder from the surface and apply 3-4 layers of "Nashiji Clear Lacquer"
5. Each layer must be ground with #600-#800 whetstone
6. Finish grinding up to #2000 whetstone
7. Rubbing polish 10 times to create luster
8. Use a Chinkin knife to engrave indentations on the surface, first filling with clear lacquer
Then fill with gold powder (pure gold powder - five momme color, 98% gold content)

Regarding the design of the watch packaging box, we have planned a storage function for the collector's box, allowing different parts of the watch to have their dedicated spaces. The outer packaging also continues the classic style of yunivers hsieh, maintaining a subtle black aesthetic, and enhancing the texture of the gift box through small details, such as the flannel material of the storage compartments and the tactile experience of opening and closing.
