JEWELRY DESIGN SERIES: JU X YU SERIES

In this collaborative watch design with the designer brand JUelry Design, JUelry integrated their expertise in materials and stylistic applications, applying jewelry design principles to the watch dial creation.

Inspiration during Creation

When JUelry first encountered the bright, round metal watch face, the immediate thought was "Jade Plate - Moon." The imagination evoked by it was like the various thoughts of the night, further extending to the air of the night, the temperature of the skin, dreams in the mind, and a starlit night without light pollution. This led to the creation of three distinct watch face designs: "GLAZE," "THREAD," and "MOONSHADOW."

The Delicate Texture of Brass in Light and Shadow

We harness the warmth of brass, combining it with materials and concepts such as gold leaf, silver foil, mica, pearls, and techniques like metalwork and kintsugi. Each piece is handcrafted, slowly depicting emotional scenes reminiscent of different moonlit nights, revealing even more delicacy and romance from various angles of light and shadow.

Entwine Collection Watch and Jewelry Set

For the first time, yunivers hsieh collaborates with another Taiwanese designer brand, "JUelry Design." Continuing JU's classic "Entwine" collection, this concept is brought into watches and jewelry. The entire set is unified by simple and elegant brass and snow silver tones, complemented by the pure feel of freshwater pearls. The integration of metal woven straps and brass metal rings, through connection and intertwining, extends a new level of styling for jewelry and watches.
