Design Concept

Hello everyone, I'm Yuni. This collaboration with "Sword Art Online" is truly exciting. As an anime fan, I naturally couldn't miss it. The virtual world within SAO and the connection between Kirito and Asuna feel both "metaversal" and deeply sincere, so I wanted to design a watch that captures their couple-style and the sci-fi game elements of the series.

After some thought, I decided to focus on their weapons. Weapons in games are always something to look forward to and admire. I transformed Kirito's dual blades, "ELUCIDATOR" and "DARK REPULSER," into the hour and minute hands, while using Asuna's rapier, "LAMBENT LIGHT," as the fast-moving second hand. Using these three iconic swords as the hands, I added the "Black Swordsman's" black base, the "Knights of the Blood Oath's" white and red hour markers, and incorporated their logos via metal cutouts placed at the top and bottom to represent the 1st and 100th levels of the game. Finally, on the case back, I engraved "Aincrad," the floating castle that served as the stage for their meeting and story. Through the combination of these elements, I hope to have created the most beloved "Sword Art Online Collaboration Watch"!

Commemorative Engraving Service

Each watch comes with an optional engraving service (Standard or Cursive font). The guidelines are as follows:

1. With ORIGINAL case (40mm diameter): Up to 10 characters (English/Chinese/numbers/spaces) per line (maximum 3 lines).
2. With CLASSIC case (36mm diameter): Up to 10 characters (English/Chinese/numbers/spaces) per line (maximum 1 line).
3. With TOUGH case (40mm diameter): Up to 10 characters (English/Chinese/numbers/spaces) per line (maximum 3 lines).

Exquisite Handmade Collector's Box

For the watch packaging, we designed a collector's box with storage functionality, providing dedicated space for different components of the watch. The outer box continues the classic style of yunivers hsieh, maintaining a low-key, tasteful black aesthetic while enhancing the quality of the box through small details, such as the velvet lining of the storage compartments and the tactile feel of opening and closing the lid.
