Design Concept 

The UNIVERS SERIES concept is inspired by the classic Swiss Univers typeface, focusing on its excellent readability from varying distances. It features three quartz watch models in snow silver, jet black, and gold, complemented by a ceramic dial and blue-green luminous numbers, embodying a pure and minimalist fashion timepiece.

The UNIVERS SERIES draws inspiration from the classic Swiss typeface Univers, a sans-serif typeface designed by Swiss designer Adrian Frutiger in 1957. Univers has always been popular for its clear lines, excellent readability from various distances, and elegant style, often used in text design for aerospace. yunivers hsieh extends the style of this classic Swiss typeface to watch, time, and digital dials, expressing a minimalist and classic watch design concept.

In terms of product design, the UNIVERS SERIES applies the typeface to hours and minutes, arranging numbers and markers cleanly and neatly to form a circular time sequence, paired with pure white hands. The spacing is arranged with clear readability as the main focus, allowing for quick comprehension whether viewed up close or from a distance. For materials, the base uses ultra-pure black ceramic technology to express the deep space beauty of the universe, while clear, pure white lettering is printed with bright blue fluorescent agents, presenting a new sci-fi and stylish dial appearance.
