A Fusion of Ancient and Modern

To integrate the aesthetic of Yu-Gi-Oh! card monsters into modern fashion items, the designer approached it from the perspective of "craftsmanship." They thought of the "embossed" card type in the game and began discussions with the licensor.

We first went through repeated supervision and testing using 3D computer simulations for the "casting, polishing, electroplating, and spray painting techniques" of the embossed monsters. Finally, these were embedded into watch dials, combined with durable materials and precise, reliable movements, to complete five ultimate monster embossed mechanical watches!

Draw a card! The Birth of Classic Yu-Gi-Oh! Monsters

In the process of selecting monsters, we wanted to choose representative classic monsters, so the "Dark Magician" used by protagonist Yugi Muto and the "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" used by CEO Seto Kaiba were confirmed first! Based on this, one additional accompanying monster was added for each, leading to the inclusion of the "Dark Magician Girl", who is also a student of the Dark Magician, and the early strongest Fusion Monster, the "Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon"!

Finally, we needed a special monster with the strongest setting. Naturally, it had to be the miracle-working "Exodia the Forbidden One"! By combining five cards to unleash the invincible "Inferno Fire Blast", paired with the "Haki" gold plating design, the Yu-Gi-Oh! Monster Embossed Watch series was completed!

It's my turn, specially designed protective film.

For this watch series, we have specially designed a "static-cling protective film with the classic Yu-Gi-Oh! logo". You must peel back this film to fully appreciate the details and complete look of the watch. Made from static-cling protective material, it can be "reused and washed with water", and also presents the watch face with a completely different layered aesthetic.

Collector's Box with Yu-Gi-Oh! Introduction Card and Sticker Set

In terms of packaging, in addition to the exclusive co-branded "Yu-Gi-Oh! Introduction Card" and "Co-branded Sticker Set", a "Yu-Gi-Oh! Static Cling Protective Film" is also included. The collector's box also follows the brand's consistent all-black style, choosing an all-black "high-quality leather handmade box". It's easy to store without taking up much space, and opening it creates a sense of ritual, conveying the premium feel of the watch.

Embossed 3D Design of Card Monsters

Through exquisite "3D modeling technology," we bring the flat Yu-Gi-Oh! monsters to life in the real world. Our 3D artists meticulously sculpt every detail of the monsters, from sharp claws to realistic muscle lines, brimming with power and aesthetic appeal.

We hope this watch is not just a time machine, but also "a collectible for Yu-Gi-Oh! fans." The meticulous design and high-quality materials complement each other, demonstrating the possibilities of digital technology in artistic creation. Whether worn or collected, it offers a unique enjoyment and commemorative value.

The Ultra-Precise Manufacturing Process of Embossed Monsters

The creation of each embossed monster is the culmination of multiple processes. We use skilled "casting technology" to transform the 3D monster model into a physical object. Then, each piece is meticulously hand-polished, with artisans using magnifying glasses to carefully refine the edges, ensuring a smooth and flawless surface. Finally, to enhance the texture and durability of the casting, we "employ PVD electroplating", coating the surface with a glossy and corrosion-resistant metal layer, which not only adds visual appeal but also strengthens the durability of the embossment.

Among them, the most unique is the "Dark Magician Girl model", for which we utilized a "3D printing process" to precisely print intricate textures and color details onto the embossment, achieving delicate colors and a three-dimensional effect. Through the layering of these craftsmanship techniques, the intricate detail of the monster embossments is created.

The Strongest Sapphire Glass with Anti-Reflective and Anti-Fingerprint Coating

For the mirror, we use "sapphire glass", which has a "hardness level of nine", second only to diamonds, effectively resisting scratches and abrasion. Additionally, sapphire glass boasts excellent light transmittance, ensuring every detail is clearly presented.

To enhance the user experience, we have applied a "dual-effect anti-reflective and anti-fingerprint coating technology" to the glass surface, effectively reducing light reflection while keeping the mirror clean and minimizing the nuisance of fingerprints!

Excellent SEIKO NH35 Movement

For the movement, we selected the reliable and excellent "SEIKO NH35" bi-directional automatic movement. By incorporating a unique "Y-shaped magic lever system," where the lever is directly connected to the rotor's central shaft, the lever moves clockwise or counter-clockwise as the rotor rotates, providing "highly efficient and exceptional power" to the mainspring. It only takes half a day to a full day to fully wind the watch.
